When will the apple iPhone APP STORE allow us to purchase prepaid cards instead of only using a credit card?

I want to purchase applications from the APP STORE on my iPhone 3G, but the only way to buy them is with a credit card. Does anyone know when Apple will come out with a prepaid card, similar to the prepaid iTunes card.

My credit is bad I have a free iphone and want to activate it at AT&T will they allow this?
I have a free iphone and want to activate it. I am worried they will deny me an AT&T phone plan when I am at the store b/c of my poor credit. I have this from mistakes in the past which have been corrected but they wont know this. Will they allow me a service plan or will I just get embarrassed in front of strangers?
What application will allow me to save all the contacts from my iphone onto the computer?

I’m looking for an application of some sorts that can save all my contact details and such from my iPhone to my computer and then after put them all back onto another iPhone (well the same one actually, as I’m getting it reset)
Any suggestions?
